There used to be a lovely Christmas market in Petworth, West Sussex. Petworth is a lovely little village full of antique shops. My wife and I visited the Christmas market last year when they kept the shops open until late (about 10:30pm). There were lots of lovely food stalls, merry-go-rounds and Santa was there too. I don't think it's happening this year. Can anyone recommend another similar market? I live in Sussex but am prepared to drive to find one that captures the Christmas spirit in such a cute little rural way like that one did.
