Description: The Ice Cream Parlour was set up as a diversification project, as a way of adding value to the milk.
It is open all year round 10.00 am – 5.00 pm even in winter when you can eat ice cream beside the real log fire. A small football area is open in the summer for customers as well as a 2 mile farm walk. They have just opened a new parlour in Richmond called The Station Parlour. The opening times are 11.30am to 7.30pm in winter and 10.30am to 8.30pm in the summer
They serve coffee, a range of teas and homemade cakes. Their specialities are milk shakes and ice cream sundaes. Their Jersey milk is on sale here as well as Morrisons under their own label Jersey milk. They keep flavours seasonal, introducing champagne rhubarb that was grown in the farm garden from seed, along with many fruits. Other fruit is sourced when available.
