My perfect English weekend would be in the Cotswolds visiting the lovely old world villages made of golden honey coloured stone. Eating good food in country pubs and relaxing away from the fast paced world of city life.

My hardworking folks have owned and run our local corner shop day in day out for 35 years, servicing the local community. They have seldom had the time or chance to enjoy our beautiful English countryside together. Sixty years old now and no sign of retirement! I would love for them to have time out together. I'm sure they would love to visit somewhere other than our County. The Cotswolds would be perfect. They could enjoy walking in the rolling hills and feast on local pub fayre.
